The device was running on Wifi all day and I'd say my usage was average. roughly seller told me he had to ask before you buy, but if they dictate product specifications is because that is reliable, but also the seller told me if I did not like it back it as if from Venezuela that was something easy! We were never really big fans, so this is a total win. There is obviously no physical keyboard on the device, so without the shiny BlackBerry logo on top, you may not know right away this is a RIM device. Other members of the CrackBerry team think the BlackBerry virtual keyboard is best in Business, and I know of a few RIM people who've been using the 9860 exclusively for a while now and just absolutely love the keyboard and device. An Adreno 205 GPU (graphics processing unit) is also onboard, powering BlackBerry 7's hardware accelerated graphics, which RIM has trademarked "Liquid Graphics."
Ultimately the BlackBerry Torch 9860 is a great device.

Its a nice phone though...very visually appealing and user friendly...also, the company did not ship my charger initially and when I contacted their client care, even though the service was NOT "wow", the agent was efficient and I got it within a few days. I have an inconvenient with the phone, the Band for 3G/H+ supported by my carrier (Movistar Venezuela)thats is 2 -1900mhz is not supported by the BlackBerry 9860 (bands 1,4,8), but is supported by DIGITEL Venezuela (T-MOBILE), I think is my fault also because i had to ask the seller, but I didn't knew about the bands.
