Alma de Cuba was absolutely amazing, we danced all night!Overall the hotel was clean, food and service were excellent, the staff are particularly attentive, the Shankly is set up well for hen chaos, there are beautiful and quirky interiors making it such a special and memorable destination! Our room had a jacuzzi bath, it’s own bar, built in Bluetooth speakers, the most comfortable beds ever and a flower ceiling! We had a tight schedule of activities, quite a few dietary requirements and one pregnant guest and all of our needs were met!We had planned an 80’s style dance class on the roof of the Shankly but the rain put a stop to that! Would definitely recommend the Shankly for large groups and hen parties. The hotel quickly got in touch with the instructor, sent taxis to get us over to their sister hotel and there were bubbles waiting for us in a fantastic dance studio! Celebrating my friend's upcoming nuptials, we enjoyed a weekend stay in a 5 bed room - which was immaculate upon entry and had everything we'd need for the duration, including a jacuzzi bath and kitchenette. However the staff were keen to hear our feedback so I’m sure this is something they will quickly rectify! We are very different with the hotel here as it is based on the great man himself and we have lots of memorabilia available to be seen by not only guests who are staying with us but for anyone wishing to come in just to view the items.I do hope to welcome you back again in the near future.

We were in room 205 which had two double beds although one of them was two singles pushed together in case you wanted 4 people in the room and 2 of you wanted to sleep single. I have personally thanked the chefs and floor staff at breakfast for all their hard work in delivering a yummy breakfast. There were two Dyson fans in there which was great, but it didn’t reach everyone so it was a very hot night for all!
