It is very quiet at night and the staff are friendly and helpful, all of which made our stay very relaxing.Breakfast is good value, though there is not quite as wide a range of choice as in some hotels. That one act made the stay all the better and for that I very much thank Theo. However, while we were checking in, the manager (a very pleasant man by the name of Theo) overheard us asking whether the accessible room had become vacant.

Had this been the other way round, they would have bit my hand off and been very quick to charge the £85 extra as I was swapping to a high demand night, but other way round and it was very much a case of tough luck.... we’ve got your money now.
