We have round cakes ranging from 7 inch to 16 inches as well as sheet cakes in the quarter, half, and full sheet sizes. Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting, apple pie squares, and others that make special appearances such as hungarian strudel (apple, cherry, and raspberry layered between sweet pie dough)and apple bars (a spiced apple cake with walnuts topped with cream cheese frosting). James, or Jimmy as his friends call him, learned every facet of the business from sales to production as he grew up. German Chocolate filling also makes an appearance in the middle!
