We pride ourselves on the high-quality service and standards we extend to our guests, but it appears we fell short in your instance. We are disheartened to learn about the cleanliness oversights you encountered and for your disappointments with our dinning options. As a female I bring lots of clothes and was only able to hang 4 items and the rest stayed in the suitcase wrinkled. Good food and drinks before our show. I definitely not recommend it. We drove to Vegas this time and they have a parking garage attached to the hotel which was convenient. Steakhouse, noodle shop, Italian café, gin joint—we’ve got it all and then some.
