Own or manage this property? The TV had lots of different channels and tea facilites were also in the room. The rooms were very compact and ours didn't have a window at all, which was unfortunate as our heating was broken and couldn't be turned off. We arrived at the hotel early and asked if we could leave our bags whilst we went off to explore but the reception team was happy to check us in.

There were free wine and cheese every evening during our stay, which we thought was a really nice touch. Complained to manager on duty (suit and beard) about the claustrophobic and access issues of the room and it was as much as he could do to lift his head up.
This hotel is located in central London, making it super convenient for us to explore the city by foot. We knew we was booking a smaller room when we originally booked but in all honesty it had everything we needed including air con!
