Nungwi became to the most vivid beach-city of Zanzibar (to our knowledge). My husband hit his head on it many times. They changed our room the following day, carried all our luggage up to the 3rd floor, gave us a room with a much better layout overlooking the infinity pool and beautiful, white sand beach. A main course may cost 15-25 €. But we had two hard, uncomfortable beds each with a ripped mosquito net that was TAPED to the bed's pillars.
